Mrs. Nezha EL Ouafi, Minister Delegate in charge of Moroccans Residing Abroad, held on Friday 25 December through a video conference meeting, with Dr. Imad Hafidi, President of the Euro-Moroccan Association for Geriatric & Gerontology and its members, which comprises a range of specialized competencies in geriatric medicine and gerontology in a range of States.
The meeting focused on the importance of mobilizing Moroccan competecies abroad to implement national development plans, especially in medicine field.
The Minister addressed the priority of mobilizing competencies and progress in the national program for mobilizing competencies and moving forward with its implementation in coordination with all networks in different countries, in partnership with all national institutions and ministries, in the process of establishing sustainable channels of communication and integrating the focus of mobilizing competencies in all relevant governmental sectors and national institutions.
The meeting concluded to continuing the support to the association project in view of concluding partnerships in this area in order to benefit from the expertise of Moroccan competencies of the Association with projects of interest to the elderly in Morocco.
