As part of its programs for Moroccans living abroad, aimed at preserving and strengthening the national identity of the younger generation, the Ministry of foreign affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, Department of Moroccans Living Abroad, announces the organization of the 16th Edition of the Summer University, from July 5th to July 13th, 2025, in Rabat.

Participation Application

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

شروط تقديم الطلب

The applicant must:
Be from a low-income Moroccan family;

على الطالب أن يكون:
منحدرا من أسرة مغربية معوزة؛

Be a regular resident in the country of residence;

؛ اإلقامة بلد في منتظمة بصفة مقيما

Be under 26 years of age for the Bachelor's program, under 30 years of age for the Master's program, and under 36 years of age for the Doctoral program, as of December 31, 2024 ;

سنه ال يتجاوز )26 سنة( بالنسبة لسلك اإلجازة، )30 سنة( لسلك الماستر، )36 سنة( لسلك الدكتوراة، في تاريخ 31 دجنبر .2024

Hold a high school diploma (Baccalaureate) from the country of residence;

حاصال على شهادة الباكالوريا ببلد اإلقامة؛

Be enrolled in a public higher education institution in the country of residence ;

مسجال بإحدى مؤسسات التعليم العالي العمومي ببلد اإلقامة ؛

Not be employed in the public or private sector;

Have a full name matching all documents submitted in the application file.

Program Sheet

As part of its programs for Moroccans living abroad, aimed at preserving and strengthening the national identity of the younger generation, the Ministry of foreign affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, Department of Moroccans Living Abroad, organizes, in Rabat, the 16th edition of the Summer University from, July 05th to 13th July, 2025.

Thus, Moroccan students residing abroad, wishing to participate in the activities of this edition of the Summer University and meeting the eligibility requirements, must submit their applications by April 21, 2025.

● Provide a space to exchange experiences between the young participants and identify their concerns in host countries.
● Propose realistic and concrete working methods to strengthen the relationship between young participants and Morocco at all levels.
● To aware the young participants of the economic, political, and socio-cultural changes, and investment opportunities in Morocco.
● Contribute to the influence of Morocco abroad and highlight the Moroccan cultural values based on dialogue, tolerance, and respect of others.
● Promote the immaterial heritage and the assets that characterize the different regions of Morocco.
