Mrs. Nezha ElOuafi, Minister Delegate in charge of Moroccans residing abroad, held a meeting with Mr. Mohammed Benalilo, the Kingdom’s mediator, on Monday, October 26, 2020, through remote communication technology.
This meeting aims at harnessing all the possibilities available for an effective measure of managing the system of complaints and requests coming from Moroccans residing abroad.
The two parties agreed to promote joint action through practical mechanisms between the Kingdom mediator’s institution and the Ministry in an effective approach based on results, in order to ensure effective communication between Moroccans residing abroad and various institutions related to their requests.
