MFA Nasser Bourita presented, today, before the body in charge of the revision of the Family Code, the vision and proposals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, concerning this important societal project.
This session is part of the hearings organised by this body, in accordance with the High Royal Instructions contained in the Royal Letter addressed to the Head of Government on September 26th, 2023, concerning the revision of the Family Code.
The proposed amendments that will emerge from these broad participatory consultations will be submitted to the High Appreciation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him, before the Government prepares the draft law on this subject, and submits it to Parliament for adoption.
