In accordance with the High Royal Instructions contained in the Royal Letter addressed to the Head of Government on September 26th, 2023, concerning the revision of the Family Code, the body in charge of this project held, since November 1st, a series of consultations and hearings with the various concerned stakeholders.
The proposed amendments that will emerge from these broad participatory consultations will be submitted to the High Appreciation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him, before the Government prepares the draft law on this subject, and submits it to Parliament for adoption.
The body in charge of revising the Family Code makes the official e-mail address instance@moudawana.ma available to institutions, associations and political and trade union organizations, as well as other stakeholders, to receive their proposals and visions on the reform of the Family Code, so as to contribute to achieving the objectives set out in the Royal Letter on the matter.
