Signature of a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation and coordination to accelerate and improve the processing of complaints and requests from Moroccans Residing Abroad
Mrs. Nezha El Ouafi, Minister Delegate in charge of MoroccansResiding Abroad, signed a memorandum of understanding with Mr.Mohammed Benalilo, Ombudsman of the Kingdom, on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 in Rabat. The objective of the Memorandum is to strengthen coordination and cooperation in order to enable Moroccans residing abroad to benefit from adequate administrative services and to manage, in a coherent and integrated manner, their complaints and requests.
In accordance with the Memorandum, the areas of cooperation and coordination between the two parties concern training, sensitization, exchange of experiences and expertise, consolidation of efforts in the management and processing of complaints from Moroccans residing abroad, and the use of institutional mediation for their benefit, both in their relations with the Moroccan administrations and in the administrations of the countries of residence.
